I do my techniques in the early hours of the morning, ideal is 3-4am, as it is a time when many angels are about us and can help in our endeavors. Results are very faith-based, of course. I do not use the hypnosis technique, but other methods, such as visualizing being dunked into a pool of Heavenly water that heals the aspects of myself I want healed. I want red wine hair and sea green eyes, and the other night I looked in alarm at my reflection in the mirror – like, “Whoa! Who’s the gorgeous green-eyed redhead?” (Having started with blackish hair and green-brown eyes). There is still some progress to be made, but I will do this for however long it takes.

When you start the technique you choose, remember not to get negative in any way. No negative comments, everything positive. Also, absorb Heavenly love into your system and expel feelings of hatred and negativity. Remind yourself that you love everything about yourself so much and that is why you want everything of the best for yourself. Please forget the purple – and blessings back at’cha! Cassiel

Self Hypnosis

is a form of hypnosis which is self-induced, and normally makes use of self-suggestion . Listening to pre-recorded audio or other media is often mistaken for self-hypnosis, but is just another form of hypnosis.

The subconscious mind doesn’t operate on something as vague and ‘wafty’ as ‘beliefs’ – those things are subjective and not ‘hard code’ recognized by the subconscious (or a computer, for that matter)…and that might explain why people exhaust themselves – and give up – trying to ‘feel’ an associated emotion with their affirmations or any other program.

In my experience, the subconscious mind acts purely upon repetitious instructions received from us, be those instructions mental imagery or affirmations or whatever else takes your fancy. It’s repetition, not belief, that kicks the subconscious mind into action.

Whether we ‘believe’ the instructions we give them or not, is entirely up to us and has no bearing on the end result.

Back to computers: they don’t respond our ‘beliefs’ as to whether or not they’re capable of performing any particular action related to them. They respond to cold, hard, repetitious code, despite our limited beliefs about their capacity. Furthermore, a computer responds to the same, repeated code of instructions every single day for the life of the computer.

Our subconscious mind is, in a simplistic nutshell, the same. It receives our ‘cold, hard, code’ of instructions all day, every day, whether we can conjure up ‘feelings’ or ‘beliefs’ or not.

We don’t have to ‘believe’ that our heart will beat for the subconscious ‘computer’ to keep it beating, or for it to keep our every organ functioning; it just does. It’s a fact. Illness is an instruction received, just as restoration to perfect health is an instruction received.

Sometimes I think we unintentionally try to complicate what’s basically a very simple process.

You don’t need to believe in a process for it to work; for some, it might take a little longer than others to see results, but the bottom line is perseverance and repetition. That’s the key…and the results WILL come.
